PA Sport Steps On Board
With Setanta Sports News.

January 2008 - PA Sport, the global leader in sports information, has signed a two-year deal with ITN, the producer of Setanta Sports News, to provide data services including live scores and results for domestic and international football, golf, cricket, tennis, rugby union/league, formula one and US sports including NBA, NFL, MLB and NHL*. PA Sport's sister companies - PA Photos and PA Group-owned MeteoGroup will also provide ITN with stills and weather forecasts respectively, for Setanta Sports News.

The thirst for sports information remains high and with the launch of the new Setanta Sports News channel, PA Sport are well placed to provide up to the minute sports news and information. The 24-hour Setanta Sports News channel, which is jointly owned by Setanta Sports and Virgin Media, launched free-to-air on the Virgin Media platform, and also on satellite, at the end of 2007. It is produced by ITN.
